Two very tough Stakes races today! With so few ITR Stakes run at Sunrise Mountain this year, these big races are key to the naming of track champions, and it looks like word got out!
In the Paris Pace, no fewer than 6 Stakes Winners graced the track! Sound The Alarm, Nice Girl Like You, QS Midnight Adios, and Travel Bingo appealed to the bettors! The winner of this race was wreathed in a beribboned blanket of white roses and purple irises.
In the Tropicana Trot, big names were on everyone's lips- Wylde Image, Captain Kidd, Gathiga and Royal Image were the fan favorites. The winner of this race was wreathed in a huge lei of birds of paradise and pink and yellow roses.
