And we're back!

I'm putting out a call for help here. The spam accumulation on the forum was much, much worse than I expected. I cleared it all out, but the management tools for doing so are somewhat awkward and I'm sure I accidentally got at least one legit thread in the purge. The spam is handleable so long as I check it every day, but if I leave it for a while (as I will necessrily have to do sometimes), it will quickly get out of control.

If anyone is familiar with the forum software, I would appreciate any help and advice about how to make spam prevention work. My efforts thus far have proved rather inadequate. If you have some experience with this, please drop by the forum and let me know, or send me an email. I'd be very grateful.
