Thunderstruck June 19, 2009 Interlude: "Showdown at the Grand Slam Saloon" Thunderstruck Outtakes DELETED SCENE -- "Bella's Contacts" This is a deleted segment of the scene where Bella contacts Jude. While this was a good opportunity to glimpse into some of Bella's connections in life, Sax pointed out to me that some of these critters could chew through Bella's bonds for her. I think we dodged a bullet here, continuity-wise. DELETED SCENE -- "Coercing Bella" I was considering the idea that even after Bella gets her head cut off, she would still try to resist helping Gail, Sax, and Hayaka for a while. We shot a few sequences of the guys applying coercive techniques to bring her around. Ultimately, it didn't seem necessary, so I cut that part.
